COMPASS INVESTMENT LLC ("Compass Investment", "we") organises building projects, constructs residential and non-residential buildings, performs site preparation and installation works, and buys, sells and leases its own real estate. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Buyers
Identity details, tax number, contacts, contracts, payment schedules and payments. For property purchases we carry out the identification and checks required by financial monitoring legislation.
3. Tenants
Company and representative details, lease agreements and payments.
4. Prospects
Contacts and preferences you share with our sales office, kept for 12 months unless you become a client.
5. Construction sites
Site access logs for workers and visitors; video surveillance for security and safety, marked with signs, kept up to 30 days.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property registration, financial monitoring, tax, construction rules), legitimate interests (site safety).
7. Recipients
Notaries, state registrars, banks, contractors under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
